A friend told me about Haden's. I called in to make an appointment to have the car checked, it had a squeak from back wheels. Before I knew it, Howard was taking us for a test drive. Identifying rear brakes as the problem. I askedwhen it could be fixed, Howard said Tomorrow! bring it in when you are ready. went back the next day, and sat in the waiting area, being plied with tea and donuts. After the discs and pads were replaced, the car was washed and returned to me. During the time I was there I was treated with the utmost courtesy and made to feel part of the team. Thanks to Howard, Salem and all the guys for making my visit such a pleasure.
I always use Haden for all services / problems and travel or have my car brought to them.My E Class is 12 years old and has done 254000 and the superb,very polite and extensive Merc knowledge is legendary.I cannot praise the whole firm enough, a family atmosphere of ' can do,wil do'. My car only has problems from the original fitted factory parts wearing out....Haden identify ,replace and reset so the car runs like new: I put fuel in and change tyres...oh and window washer fluid !I run two very large companies and would love to bottle the expertise ,customer real car and the combined team way they all have to solving everything ,the politeness and care to all customers which I have had the pleasure of and witnessed on numerous occasions in their waiting area and listened to how they answer the phone and deal courteously with quite obscure people who ring up for bizarre minor things: please note that you must connect to the diagnostics which will cost you,and there is a sign saying that,at least an hour...you are very lucky if Howard and the Team know exactly what is wrong as they normally do BUT you will need to be hooked up to reset the faults codes otherwise they will still stay on your dash and annoy you!Perhaps I should not say this but the warmth that is also shown to me ,family and friends who go there as white,middle class basically Christian people is humbling and always refreshes me with hope , humour and admiration.I rarely leave a response to services but have taken time share my long association with the Haden experience as it nearly is unique.
From the very first contact with this company through to the return of my vehicle, everything has been first class.
The car needed a B service and MOT, plus other sundry things to be replaced or repaired. I was kept well informed of any diagnosis and offered options for solutions. It certainly felt they wanted to do the best for the car, not just complete a job quickly or carry out unnecessary work, which is the feeling I've had from other garages.
Having just taken a quick test drive the car looks and feels like the day I bought it - and yes, I have fallen in love with it all over again; priceless. It goes without saying that I will use this company again and will happily recommend them.
I have used Haden quite regularly over the last several months Very professional with a friendly style, they care about my car and making sure it goes well. Highly recommended.
My wife's A Class needed a service and I was shocked by the main dealership prices. Haden's prices are far more reasonable, and they provide a top quality customer service. My car was picked up and dropped off on time; all the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
I will definitely be using Haden again, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
