Thought would give these a try for the first time, always gone main dealers in past. I was pleasantly surprised, brilliant service throughout at a fair price. Will be using these from now on for sure. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend these guys, very satisfied with the pricing and they do such a good job. It’s very much worth it and now these guys are my regular for my valet and service that they done on my vehicle.

I used Haden Birmingham to have my Mercedes CLS front ball joints checked as they were making a squeaking noise and were perished, Ken and Saj was able to diagnose the fault straight away and was able to order me replacement Mercedes parts and get to work with changing the ball joints on both sides straight away. They are really knowledgeable with Mercedes vehicles and are reasonably priced, actually better than i thought for a specialist compared to main dealers, I will definitely be using Haden Birmingham for further work on my car and would recommend them to anyone who has Mercedes or even someone looking for a decent car garage that you can trust, no doubt you will not regret taking your car to them.

a full valet, which is not cheap, but what a service!
My car now looks like it has just been driven out of the
showroom. The attention to detail is fantastic; nowhere has
been neglected and with cars as beautiful as Mercedes, they
deserve the best attention.
As ever with this company, they are a pleasure to use, from
start to finish; helpful, friendly, good communicators and they
take care of my car like it is their own. I have just read a couple
of reviews on Google, and I struggle to believe they are writing
