This was my first time using Haden for my service and mot after always taken my car to the dealers, so i was a little apprehensive. But i need not have been the service was first class, excellent quality and to a very hard standard. The staff were helpful and informative. I wish i had used them years ago. I shall be returning.

Went to Haden for an mot.Found the reception really friendly.Gave me a cup of coffee and sorted the mot out.A couple of months ago I went there to get a second opinion when another garage had said the torque converter needed replacing at a cost of £900.Howard took the car for a drive and diagnosed a worn gearbox mounting.It was sorted the same afternoon at a cost of £100.I would recommend them any day of the week.

The guys at Haden sorted a problem I had acquired through bad service from another garage, which had misaligned my steering wheel and caused warning lights to come on. I needed the repair done as quickly as possible, and Haden addressed the issue on the following Monday (I contacted them on the Saturday). Thank you to the guys at Haden - first class service with realistic prices.
A friend told me about Haden's. I called in to make an appointment to have the car checked, it had a squeak from back wheels. Before I knew it, Howard was taking us for a test drive. Identifying rear brakes as the problem. I askedwhen it could be fixed, Howard said Tomorrow! bring it in when you are ready. went back the next day, and sat in the waiting area, being plied with tea and donuts. After the discs and pads were replaced, the car was washed and returned to me. During the time I was there I was treated with the utmost courtesy and made to feel part of the team. Thanks to Howard, Salem and all the guys for making my visit such a pleasure.
